The production machines are designed for wet chemical processes, such as etching, conditioning, passivation, cleaning and anodizing of dental implants. We combine the various surface finishing steps in a modular tool optimized for high throughput with minimum footprint. The high demands for maximum levels of cleanliness, biocompatibility, and optimum roughness for the best possible osseointegration of dental implants require the highest standards of precision, cleanliness, and quality.

Gold standard processes, such as single or two-stage high temperature etching, or electrochemical treatments such as anodizing and hydroxyapatite coating are implemented in the Batch D platform. Fully automated process management and control ensure a reproducible surface finish.
